Research & Development

Formac offers its customers extensive knowledge of thermoplastic resins with a focus on technopolymers and modified superpolymers and the relative transformation processes, such as moulding, extrusion and blow moulding.

The Research & Development and Quality Control departments are supported by a modern laboratory and by dedicated extrusion lines that allow you to oversee the entire process of creating a new product as well as compliance of the finished product with the agreed technical specifications.

Our laboratory is equipped to carry out independently and in compliance with the ISO 9001: 2015 certification, all the physical-mechanical characterisations to absolutely guarantee the confidentiality and traceability of the information shared with our customers.

In particular we place suitable instruments at the disposal of our customers to set up:

3 pilot extrusion plants with identical configuration of the production lines, guaranteeing the greatest possible consistency between sample and finished product.
